If you want to practice 3 to 5 times a week, you will see visible results and feel great. I love the energy my practice offers as well as the definition in my arms and legs. Yoga is a great way to relax and extract every day stress from your body. Yoga with me-private lessons are a great way to learn to pose and breathe properly.
