Here are the ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried & chopped
1 cup raw chickpeas soaked overnight (live food highly perishable) may sub can
1 - 2 roasted beets, diced - prefer red, many varieties at Whole foods
1 cucumber, gently peeled & diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 med carrots, shredded
1 8 oz. package low fat mozzarella - flat package (brands vary) cubed
5-6 slices kosher salami, diced
2 stalks celery, diced (recommend organic the taste is far better)
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded (you may buy it pre-packaged)
2-3 green onions diced
fresh dill gently shredded by you:)
1 - 2 roasted beets, diced - prefer red, many varieties at Whole foods

Vinaigrette dressing - my favorite go to please feel free to vary:
3 T white rice vinegar
1/2 t honey or agave syrup
1 t dijon mustard
1 large or 2 small cloves garlic minced
3 T extra virgin olive oil (shop and INVEST in a good brand, flavors vary it's worth the price)
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt - lightly cover (Trader Joe's - Whole Foods)
